Welding current
regulation by modern moving core magnetic shunt design
|
| * |
Step less, smooth
and infinitely variable current regulation. |
| * |
Adjustment of
welding current feasible even while welding is in progress;
this enables fine current control. |
| * |
Open circuit
voltage of 90 volts enables welding with all types of special
electrodes including low hydrogen type for AC application. |
| * |
A special
design provides for excellent dynamic characteristics and thus
ensures smooth and optimum metal transfer. |
| * |
Very compact in
size and light in weight. |
| * |
Convenient and
easily maneuverable from job to job for rugged welding
applications. |
| * |
Higher OCV enables
use of longer welding cables without problems of welding lead
resistance drop. |
|
*
Suitability for welding with low hydrogen electrodes |
| * |
These machines have been
specially designed for welding with electrodes which normally require
higher OCVs |
|
Optional
Extras ( These are provided on specific orders. ) |
|
Power
Factor Correction Capacitors
Often, the electric supply authorities are particular about the
power factor of the equipment installed in their area. As
transformer type welding machines have inherently
low power factor, the use of power factor correction capacitors (suggested
sizes mentioned under specifications) is recommended.
